Even though I’m convinced I will always be poor, that’s just part of my life, I deeply and completely accept all of me.
Even though I feel anxiety from the belief that I will never have enough to pay for everything I need, I choose to accept these feelings now.
Even though a part of me desires to be poor for the rest of my life, I choose to believe that I can easily and effortlessly release these feelings, change this issue, and accept abundance into my life.
ROUND #1: Negative Reminder Phrase
Repeat the following reminder phrase while tapping on all of the tapping points noted on the diagram.
Above the inner eyebrow: I’m convinced I will always be poor.
SIDE OF EYE: I will never have enough to pay for what I need, much less what I want
UNDER EYE: I think I must want to be poor
UNDER NOSE: Something inside of me things that feeling poor is safe
UNDER MOUTH/CHIN: Maybe I believe the being poor is noble
COLLARBONE: Or that I will be rewarded in other ways or places if I am poor
UNDERARM: Or that no one can judge me if I am poor
TOP OF HEAD: Yes, being poor is all that I have to look forward to
ABOVE THE INNER EYEBROW: What if I could release these feelings of poverty right now?
SIDE OF EYE: What if I could feel safe receiving abundance and money into my life?
UNDER EYE: What if having more money would feel great?
UNDER NOSE: What if I could allow more money into my life?
UNDER MOUTH/CHIN: What if I could let go of how I receive this money?
COLLARBONE: What if I could start allowing more money into my life today?
UNDERARM: What if I could feel comfortable about having more money?
TOP OF HEAD: What if I always have more than enough to pay for everything I need and desire in cash when I desire it?
Choose to be ready to release these feelings and blocks
ABOVE THE INNER EYEBROW: I think that I am ready to choose to release these feelings of anxiety about remaining poverty now.
SIDE OF EYE: I think that all of me can agree and choose to allow more abundance into my life now.
UNDER EYE: I choose for all of me to feel safe releasing these poverty blocks and allowing more abundance and money into my life.
UNDER NOSE: I choose to be in the flow of abundance every moment of every day.
UNDER MOUTH/CHIN: I choose to see myself in abundance easily and effortlessly.
COLLARBONE: I choose to believe that I am easily and effortlessly allowing abundance into my life now.
UNDERARM: I choose to believe that more abundance is reaching me now.
TOP OF HEAD: I choose to believe that I am a better person for having more abundance.
Being grateful for what we have
ABOVE THE INNER EYEBROW: I choose for all of me to be grateful for all of the abundance that I have in my life right now.
SIDE OF EYE: I choose to believe that I am grateful for all of the abundance flowing to me at this moment.
UNDER EYE: I am grateful for feeling safe for all of the abundance that is flowing to me now.
UNDER NOSE: I am grateful that abundance is my birth right, and I choose to accept that birthright now.
UNDER MOUTH/CHIN: I am grateful that I can always feel abundance flowing into my life.
COLLARBONE: I am grateful for being able to see all of the abundance that I already have in my life.
UNDERARM: I am choosing to be grateful for the abundance that I have in my life now.
TOP OF HEAD: I am grateful for the choice to be able to allow new beliefs about abundance into my life now.
Take a few deep, easy breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
